Right to Access is an independent public interest organisation working to ensure that essential services remain accessible to everyone. We investigate accessibility barriers, examine whether alternatives provide genuinely equivalent access, and encourage practical, legally compliant solutions where digital-only systems exclude people. Through evidence-based inquiries, research and public engagement, we aim to improve access in practice while recognising organisations that get it right.
